I'm also a mother of four wonderful children. My eldest son is a junior in college at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. The next two boys are almost 14 and 11 and our daughter is 9. They are all very active and involved and it is always a struggle to keep up with them. I am finding I have much more energy for that since beginning to consciously work on being healthier, working out and drinking shakeology.
Another hat I wear is that of a nurse anesthetist. I have recently began a career at a small rural hospital in southern Minnesota.
